more torrential rainfall and with additional heavy runoff from
such rainfall, flooding will continue for some time. For that
reason, the Flash Flood Warning has to be reissued.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Fajardo, Arroyo, Naguabo, Vieques, Humacao, Maunabo, Yabucoa,
Ceiba, Luquillo, Rio Grande, Patillas, emajagua, Roosevelt Roads,
Anton Ruiz, palmas, Aguas Claras, luis M. Cintron, Playita, Ramos
and Hato Candal.

Move to higher ground now! Act quickly to protect your life!

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.

precautions to protect life and property.

* Through Friday afternoon

* rainfall associated with Hurricane Maria will continue to lead
to rapid rises along all streams and rivers at the U.S. Virgin
Islands and Puerto Rico. Mudslides are also expected. Any homes
in low- lying areas near rivers and streams will be flooded and
flooding may leave residents with no Avenue of escape. Those in
coastal areas may have streams and rivers backed up from storm
surge created by the hurricane.

* Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands.

* Through Friday afternoon
