... The Flash Flood Warning remains in effect until 445 am EDT Tuesday
for southern Kent... northwestern Sussex... northeastern Talbot... south
central Queen Anne's and Caroline counties...

At 200 am EDT... little or no rain was falling over the warned area
but Doppler radar indicated that rain should resume across the
warned area around 3 am and may become heavy toward 4 am. So while
any flood waters should now be receding, flooding may resume toward
4 am.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Easton... Milford... Denton... Harrington... Greensboro... Oakland... Ridgely...
Ellendale... Bowers... Queen Anne... Viola... Starr... Harmony... Andrewsville...
Agner... Cordova... Jumptown... Tanyard... Skipton and Wye Mills.

... The Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory remains in effect until
415 am EDT for Sussex County...

At 134 am EDT... Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
that while the earlier heavy rains had subsided, a band of moderate
to heavy rain and embedded thunderstorms was soon to invade southern
Sussex County Delaware. It appears one to three has already fallen
across the southwestern portion of Sussex County, much less in
southeastern Sussex County.

This next batch of rain should add another one quarter to 1.5
inches of rain between 2 am and 4 am.

This will cause renewed pockets of poor drainage flooding in the
advisory area.

Georgetown... Seaford... Millsboro... Laurel... Lewes... Milton...
Selbyville... Bridgeville... Delmar... Dagsboro... Millville... Sycamore..
