... The Arroyo and Small Stream Flood Advisory remains in effect until
800 PM MDT for southeastern Saguache County...

At 650 PM MDT... Doppler radar indicated heavy rain has moved away
from the advisory area. Doppler radar is estimating between 0.50 and
0.75 inches of rain across the area over the past hour... which could
cause Arroyo and Small Stream flooding in the advisory area.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Moffat.

This includes the following streams and drainages... San Isabel
creek... Alto creek, rito... Crestone creek... San Luis creek... Willow
Creek... Spanish creek... Cottonwood Creek... Mill Creek... deadman
creek... Rio Grande canal and Saguache creek.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams... highways and underpasses. Additionally...
country roads and farmlands along the banks of creeks... streams and
other low lying areas are subject to flooding.
