The Flood Warning continues for
the little Missouri River near Boughton.
* Until Tuesday afternoon... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 8:00 PM Sunday the stage was 21.3 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
early Monday morning.
* Impacts at 20.0 feet... pastures along the river begins to flood.
Water backing up Half Moon Slough and Boggy Creek in southwest
Clark County.

The Flood Warning continues for
the Ouachita River at Camden.
* Until further notice... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 8:30 PM Sunday the stage was 27.9 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will continue rising to near 36.0 feet by
early Wednesday morning.
* Impacts at 36.0 feet... moderate flooding begins at this level.
Access roads to commercial, Industrial, and residential development
are flooding. Access to locations along the river downstream of
Camden, by boat only.

... 24-hour April rainfall record broken at North Little Rock...

The 5.04 inches of rain that fell in a 24-hour period April 29th-
30th broke the 24-hour rainfall record for the month of April at
North Little Rock. The previous record was 4.43 inches from April
29th 2006.

Records for North Little Rock began December 31st 1975.

Subject issuance of seasonal and annual climate summaries for
         Harrison Arkansas /hro/ and Pine Bluff Arkansas /pbf/...
         effective on or about June 1 2016.

Effective on or about Wednesday June 1 2016 The Little Rock weather
forecast office /WFO/ at North Little Rock Arkansas /lzk/ will begin
issuing seasonal and annual climate summaries for Harrison AR
/hro/... and Pine Bluff AR /pbf/.

These products will summarize climate data for each station for each
three-month season and calendar year. The seasonal summaries will be
issued every three months... on or within a few days after March
1st... June 1st... September 1st... and December 1st... and the annual
summaries will be issued annually on or within a few days of January
1st.

Pertinent personnel... offices... or agencies will need to add the
communication identifiers listed below to their communication
systems to receive these products.
